Free pancake breakfast for all our guests is served across the street at Reagan’s Pancake house. The full buffet is also available at $5 per person – about a 50% discount. Reagan’s was voted Pigeon Forge’s Best Pancake House. They make all their breakfast items from scratch. We want our guests to have an “honest to goodness” – “like Grand Mom makes” breakfast while staying with us. Free Snacks at our Pigeon Forge Hotel on the Strip Doughnuts, coffee, tea and hot cider are available 24/7 – all day and night in the lobby area.

The rooms are clean, staff are friendly, fruit, donuts, beverages always available walking distance to the Island. Breakfast tickets. Prices are good. What’s not to like. I have reservations again in June.
The property is well maintained and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the location is great. It is within walking distance to the island and the three bears general store.
Arbors at Island seems to pay attention to all the small things that make a hotel stay pleasant and comfortable, very hospitable and we will stay again at Arbors.

I loved the balcony room plenty of room. Also, coffee, doughnuts, fruit and various other drinks available 24 hrs. Breakfast vouchers for Regan’s pancake house. Everyone was nice and friendly.

A cheerful, welcoming and helpful environment. We enjoy staying here because it provides all that we need and is so conveniently located to all the activities, restaurants and shopping. The staff are warm and welcoming.
We had a lovely room with a patio on the parkway.
