Our room was lacking items that our friends room had, clock radio, hair dryer etc. Floors were dirty. Elevator floor was also dirty and in poor shape. Generally hotel is in need of repairs and updates.

I was trying to book another hotel with no luck. the guy w the booking agent book this hotel for us. the entrance to yr room is on the outside. which I ask him and he said no. the bedding had burns n it. the tub and sink are really old and staind. we didn't feel safe at all. I would not recommend staying here.

"Sheets only thing clean in room!"

The bed sheets were clean. The fridge was clean and it did work. However, as our stay progressed more dirt was revealed. Comforter was stained and never relaced as requested multiple times. Bathroom floor was DIRTY. Furniture( chairs) was ragged and dirty. The worse was when we realized there were roaches in the bathroom. Nasty. This Days Inn is on or "NAUGHTY LIST" for next year and we will not pay to stay. sincerely, Mary Keiser or should I say Lemley since I was booked under wrong last name.

The building needs work on it. There were big spots on our ceiling. No outside light by elevator on 2nd floor. No ice machine on 2nd floor. Not enough parking! Definitely not worth the $233.00 a night! Would not recommend anyone to stay there!

We couldn't get in our rooms with the keys they gave us, went and got new keys, still couldn't get in! Called front desk and they had the maintenance guy come up, got the kids in their room and it smelled like cigarettes', he had to use the master to to get the other room open. The tub in one room was nasty and the tub in the other room had peeling paint. there was not enough parking space, the girl at the front desk was rude. The cell phone service was horrible, we tried to get on the internet, it was very slow! Needless to say, we checked out and found a much better place to stay with friendly staff.

We’re probably gonna start looking for different hotels to stay in we stayed in one just a couple weeks ago and it was a bad experience as well that we tried this one and it was worse than the last one so I don’t know what to tell you except it was very bad.

When arriving in our room it smelled so bad. We looked at pics online and it is nothing like it is in the person. After complaining they sent housekeeping to our room and did a five minute cleaning. The floors was so bad our children's feet were black and my white socks were black. Even after taking pics and showing to manager he sent them back again and came with them. He seen how bad the room was and said because of Corona they didn't change sheets but you would think that they would change them more often. Because of Corona the rooms should of been sterilized. As I was talking to the manager up front there were other people complaining about their rooms too. If at all you can avoid staying here I would even if I had to put off my vacation. I made sure I brought everything home and threw them in the dryer to make sure no bugs came home with me. I have been in hotels before and never had this much trouble with staying in a room.

This is a good hotel with restaurants and attractions at a walking distance. The entry to smoky mountains is also not very far by car.

Room should have been nicer for the money that's being charged. Room was small as well for the price. I stayed the night before in another Motel that was so much nicer for Half the price. I booked a smoking room and if I wouldn't have called the desk and ask if it was a non-smoking room, I would have been billed extra for smoking. Not very happy with the service for the price I paid for a smoking and got a non-smoking.
