We found no issue with cleanliness or service. Also, for the price, the location was outstanding! It is outdated, though. We didn’t mind it a bit had a great time!

We stay here when we come to Gatlinburg. Donna was very friendly and has a caring and refreshing demeanor. The room we had was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will not be staying anywhere else when we come back. I will highly recommend this place to everyone.
