We have stayed here multiple times and it always found the accommodations to be above expectations and the staff to be friendly and courteous. We had one small issue with the shower and it took less than an hour for a maintenance man to come over and address the problem. Quite a change from other hotels we have stayed at. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

The Willow Brook Lodge Is a true gem and stood out head and shoulders above anywhere else we've stayed recently. Quiet, extremely clean and very very comfortable, Plus staffed with people that genuinely care about their guests. Everyone always had a pleasant word or greeting For the crowd that was there for a huge car show. We will definitely come back again.

All staff were great. We have stayed here many times over the years and never had a problem. Will continue to stay here.
