Nothing fancy, but always clean and the beds are fantastic for sleeping very comfortable.
There for the soccer tournament. Every staff person I interacted with was wonderful. Kind and helpful. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean. Water pressure isn’t great, but it’s hot and wet so it’s fine. The location was wonderful with free parking for guests. Easy to walk down to the main strip to enjoy downtown. The best part? Because of its location there was a back way to get to and from the the main route to get to the Sports Park. This allowed us to avoid the vehicle and human traffic of the main part of town. Saved time and stress. Would stay here again.

The hotel is older but in good condition and very clean. The staff was lovely and accommodating.

Everything we needed for our stay in Gatlinburg. John at the front desk was super nice and helpful. We got to check in a bit early since the rooms were clean already and was much needed. We ate lunch and dinner at the hotel and slept on new mattresses.
Very clean, great service.
My door night lock locked me OUT and DOUG came to my rescue and quickly once the clerks at the desk informed him. Thankful for his quick fix and magic trick.
