Nice accommodations, highly recommend.
The ladies at the front desk were very professional and kind. the maintenance man was very professional and prompt. the beds are comfortable and the showers have lots of good water pressure and hot water. I would recommend this hotel ..it is also in a very convenient location ..I would rate it an 8 out of ten.
I received for the small room that was neat, tidy and very clean.. hot water was extremely hot and plentiful and room service was excellent.
The room was small but big enough for one person who only their to sleep. The bed was comfortableThe staff was friendly and helpful if needed. Coffee and microwave were available all day. The breakfast was laughable. Cereal, toast, yogurt. But I ate at Pancake House most days. I was more interested in a fair price for a room rather than a breakfast. My rating is do to an inexpensive room convenient walking distance from Downtown Gatlinburg.

Perfect location to convention center.
If price is your only bellweather, the price was good. But bathroom? Toilet too low to ground for this older person. They provided two tiny pieces of soap. I had to walk to the local Walgreens and buy a bottle of shower gel. Room very small and television was very difficult to navigate. Finally, I question the security. I arrived with 3/4 tank in rented vehicle. While there I drove all of 6 miles back and forth to post office one time. When I started car to leave, gauge said less that 1/4 tank. Must believe someone syphoned the gas out of my car the night before I was leaving. I won't stay there again. Like they say, you get what you pay for.
Very clean, quiet and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.
