Overall was very pleased with stay. Room was clean. However, ceiling was chipped all over. We went to a show during our stay and upon return there was absolutely no parking left. There is only one elevator for the front building and a set of stairs.

Check in and check out were easy. Associates were friendly and caring. The room was exceptionally clean. I was very impressed with how clean everything was. The pool was nice.

We were in three rooms in our three nights we were there. First room had a hair wad in the bed. Second room had a loose toilet. Third room was Okay but not really a good spot to sit except the bed. The staff was good to deal and tried to fix the problems quickly.

The staff always smiles … that’s it. That’s the only positive thing I can say. The breakfast was terrible, the cleanliness was awful, the rooms all had a flaw. We moved three times. First one, hair on the bed, second the toilet wasn’t secure, 3rd and final was their deluxe room. Dated jacuzzi hot tub that look sketch, outlet in the bathroom exposed and under the A/C was exposed. If I hadn’t booked with a 3rd party(by accident) I would’ve gotten my $$ back. Sprayed everything with Lysol. If these hotels would invest just a little. It doesn’t take much to be a clean reputable place. There are plenty other options in Gatlinburg.

I got a great deal using my government employee discount for this hotel which was something that lead me to choose this hotel. The location is perfect, you can walk to Anakeesta in about 10 minutes and there are shops super close by to the hotel as well. The amenities in the actual room were decent. The room was very clean! The closet set up was very convenient, there were many cubbies to store items. A huge perk was the breakfast! I loved making waffles each morning and there were tons of options to choose from. The staff was very friendly. I think this is a good, price efficient place to stay.

Property Description

Clarion Pointe is located in downtown Gatlinburg at traffic light #3, at the corner of Parkway and East Parkway (Hwy 321). We are one block from Ole Red Gatlinburg and three blocks from Ripley's Aquarium. We are within walking distance to all downtown attractions and restaurants. We offer a complimentary continental breakfast, an on-site fully appointed fitness center, and a beautiful outdoor pool and deck. We have lovely views of the Great Smoky Mountains from some of our balconies and rooms and a great observation deck where you can sit and rest awhile and take it all in!
