Really enjoyed our stay, it was wonderful thank you for your hospitality.
When I booked my room I was told I was speaking directly w the hotel. I found when I arrived it was a third party. I never book through a third party. The man on the phone went through a detailed explanation of why I should never book through a third party. I feel you should look into this matter of deception. My stay was good except this one thing. I left a day early because of impending bad weather.
Friendly staff, clean and welcoming, comfortable beds, hot breakfast and cookies and popcorn! The firepit is the best!

Our goal at The Inn On The River is to maintain and operate the hotel with a green conscience; Whenever possible we will use reusable products and offer green options. We reduced water usage by installing special equipment to our toilets. We have installed energy efficient bulbs and new heating and air units and use environmentally friendly cleaning chemicals & pest control services. We also offer optional linen services.

Our stay this year (our second Christmas Season) was fabulous! The hotel staff is helpful and kind! My grandson LOVES the evening cookies, popcorn and hot chocolate! Rooms were clean. Beds were nice. A little more Christmas decoration would have been nice! Would stay again!

Our room was perfect on the 3rd floor. The breakfast was SO good. No noise at all.

Very pleased with the room and updated bathroom. Comfortable bed with "5" pillows yea!. Very friendly and good customer service.
Lobby wasn’t vacuumed the two days we were here. Outside area scattered with geese poop not sprayed off the two days we were here. We are elderly and usually are given first floor rooms to make it easier on our disabilities but this time put on 2nd floor way down hall. Just no where as hospitable as our 6-8 previous visits.
I have stayed at this hotel before and will stay again whenever in the area. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfasts!
